Brooks Cooking Class: Sushi

Join Brooks' Culinary Manager, Matthew Garland, for our sushi-making class. Enjoy wine while you learn to make sushi, and, most importantly, eat sushi! We will send you home with the recipes and a special gift so you can share this experience with friends and family! This class is appropriate for both experienced and new cooks.
