Fire up your appetite and cast your vote! In honor of the historic 1843 Champoeg vote that shaped Oregon’s future, we’re settling things the old-fashioned way — with a chili cook-off. Come taste, judge, and celebrate the spirit of Oregon’s founding. All are welcome!
