Join us for a special, truffle-filled gala. The evening begins with a warm welcome reception on the Mezzanine with festive wines and truffle hors d’oeuvres. Dinner will be served in the beautiful Estate Room. Chefs DJ McIntyre and Charles Ruff will present a multi-course truffle menu, each course showcasing the allure and complexity of Oregon truffles. Courses will be carefully paired with wines from Willamette Valley Vineyards, highlighting the harmony of Oregon terroir in both wine and truffles.
