Join Baobab Southern Kitchen for February’s Heritage & Harvest Supper, celebrating the enduring traditions of the American South through the lens of Willamette Valley terroir. This five-course, family-style dinner tells a story of migration, adaptation, and the lasting memory of ancestral foodways. Our plant-forward approach highlights Winter Green Farm greens and local orchards, with optional regional additions: Dungeness crab and Afton Field duck, showcasing the best of the Pacific Northwest.
